It has been more than a month and half since I left Malaysia and I have been missing the good Malaysian food.
Realine our officemate informed me that she and Roy is organising a Birthday do for Darius who will be celebrating his birthday this Sunday 23 November 2008. Since we are working on that day, she and Roy decided to do on Thursday instead and I suggested to have something Malaysian.
There is a Malaysian Restaurant Sri Kebaya at Souq Waqif and I haven't try it myself. So we went there after office. The shop opens from 11am to 11 pm and it is owned by a Malaysian. One of the waiter who is a Malaysian, had mistaken me with a Malaysian celebrity... Halim Othman... Hmm Ada rupa Halim Othman ke? I guess he has not been back to Malaysia for a while and could not remember how Halim looks like. Or I do really look like Halim... Hehehe Dah mula perasan la tu...
Anyway, We had Prawn Sweet and Sour, Ikan Tiga Rasa, Rendang Daging, Sambal Sotong, Ayam Percik and Sayur Campur. The food was lovely and it gives a different experiences to all my office mate...
So next time when I miss Malaysian food, I will know where to go...
