I am back in Doha

Departed Singapore at 2.20 am and arrived Doha this morning at about 5.30 am. I had to pay the excess bagagge charges S977 about RM2000. The excess is none other than the my clothing and food & spices. Hopefully it will last for another 3-4 months.

Back to work to day and tomorrow is National Day. Thought of going to see the parade and snap some pictures.

Heliconia and Exotic Plants

I was first introduced to Heliconia by my brother Dan. Our first collection was rostrata and latispatha apart from the common golden torch. We became fan and fanatic of Heliconia. We obtain our collection from Jurong Bird Park, Singapore, Muslim Garden, Chak Chu Chak Market, Thailand and also Indonesia. I recently visit the new Kalis Nursery in Janda Baik where there are varieties of Heliconia and Excotic plants. Visit Kalis Nursery.
